Kerrie Collazo is a Licensed Clinical Therapist with a passion for helping children and young adults overcome life's challenges. Her specialties include treating those experiencing difficulties adjusting to major life changes, relationship issues, anxiety disorders, depression, social deficits, emotional issues, behavioral concerns. Kerrie believes in a holistic approach to therapy, addressing both the mind and body for optimal healing.

Kerrie received both her Bachelors Degree and her Masters Degree from Stony Brook University with a specialization in Families, Youth & Transition to Adulthood. She is a licensed clinical therapist in the state of New York. In Addition to her MSW and LCSW, Kerrie has a certification in Applied Behavior Analysis and holds a the certification to practice School Social Work in the state of New York.

In her practice, Kerrie offers a variety of therapeutic techniques tailored to each individual's needs. These include cognitive-behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, mindfulness, play therapy, and more.

Kerrie is dedicated to creating a safe and supportive environment for her clients to explore and overcome their challenges. She believes in the power of therapy to transform lives and looks forward to helping you on your positive pathway.

Melanie is a Licensed Master Social Worker in the State of New York and holds a Master’s in Social Work degree from Stony Brook University. In her practice, she specializes in treating children, teenagers, and adults experiencing chronic illness and pain (ex: autoimmune disorders, arthritis, and GI disorders), depression, anxiety, disordered eating, weight loss difficulty, athletic performance/sports issues, perfectionism, relationship & peer issues, trauma, life transitions, and more.
Melanie uses an integrative, person-centered treatment approach and focuses on using an array of therapeutic techniques rooted in nervous system regulation. Ultimately when clients feel hopeless in understanding what is happening to them, Melanie believes in providing a safe space & addressing their root causes of distress so people can begin to move forward.
Melanie also enjoys learning from her clients, and views therapy as a mutual relationship. Ultimately, she believes in utilizing her client’s unique strengths to help them achieve a better quality of life, fulfillment, and mind-body health.
Melanie has experience in community mental health treating diverse populations needs. She has worked with a clinical health psychologist, and holds training in therapeutic interventions for medical illness and integrative medicine for mental health. Melanie is also working toward a master’s degree in nutrition as has experience in a hospital setting. She was also a former division 1 athlete and understands the unique needs of athletes.
